2 Registrar Master’s Degree (55%) 15 years of experience in Teaching in Universities / colleges or Educational administration.

8–10 years in a senior administrative position, such as Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, COE, Finance office etc
OR
Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education
3 Deputy Registrar Master’s Degree (55%) OR Degree 1) 5 years of relevant experience in university administration, such as Assistant Registrar.
2) 8–9 years of combined service as Assistant Registrar, Administrative Officer etc
3) Should possess strong knowledge of University Acts, Statutes & Ordinances, Examination & academic administration, Council meetings.
4 Joint Registrar Master’s Degree (55%) OR Degree 1) Typically 8–10 years of relevant experience in university / higher education administration, such as 5 years as Deputy Registrar OR 8–10 years in senior administrative roles such as Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, COE, Administrative Officer.
2) Experience should involve policy-level and supervisory responsibilities.
5 Controller of Examination Master’s Degree (55%) OR Degree 8–10 years of relevant experience in examination or academic administration, such as 5 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations
 OR
 8–10 years in senior administrative positions like Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Examination Officer.
 Experience must include direct handling of university examinations.
 Thorough knowledge of University examination systems, Semester regulations, Evaluation, moderation & result processing, Degree, mark sheet & certificate issuance, Handling malpractices, re-evaluation & grievances
6 Assistant Controller of Examination Master’s Degree (55%) OR Degree  1) 3–5 years of relevant experience in examination or academic administration, such as: 3 years as Examination Officer
OR 5 years in administrative roles such as Assistant Registrar, Academic Officer, Administrative Officer etc.
2) Experience should include hands-on examination work.
3) Working knowledge of Semester / annual examination systems, Result processing, grading & tabulation, Confidential work (question papers, evaluation), Examination rules, ordinances & malpractices, Revaluation, backlog & improvement exams, RTI and student grievance handling.
7 Deputy Controller of Examination Masters Degree (55%) OR Degree  1) 5–8 years of relevant experience in examination or academic administration, such as: 3–5 years as Assistant Controller of Examinations OR 5–8 years in senior administrative positions such as Assistant Registrar, Examination Officer, Academic Officer, Administrative Officer
2) Experience must include substantial responsibility in examination-related work.
3) Thorough knowledge of Semester / CBCS examination systems, Evaluation, moderation & tabulation processes, Confidential & sensitive examination work, Examination ordinances, rules & regulations, Examination Management Systems (EMS).
8 Professor PhD degree in the relevant or allied discipline  1) 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college out of which At least 4 years as Associate Professor.
2) Experience of Guiding PhD scholars (1-5 scholars)
3) Minimum 10 publications required in Peer-reviewed journals or UGC-CARE listed journals (Group I)
9 Associate Professor PhD degree in the relevant or allied discipline  1) Minimum 8 years of Teaching and/or research experience in University/ College.
2) Minimum 7 research publications in Peer-reviewed journals or UGC-CARE listed journals (Group I)
3) Must have Minimum UGC Research Score as prescribed :
Score calculated based on Publications, Research projects, Books / chapters, Patents, PhD supervision.
10 Assistant Professor Masters Degree with NET/SLET qualification 1) Usually no minimum teaching experience is required for direct recruitment if NET / PhD criteria are met.
11 Lab Assistant (Chemistry) B.Sc. in Chemistry  1) Diploma / certificate course in laboratory techniques or chemical handling.
2) Hands-on laboratory experience in Lab safety, equipment handling, solution preparation, record maintenance.
12 Computer Lab Assistant BCA / B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science)  1) Knowledge of programming languages or database management may be preferred.
2) Lab or IT experience preferred.
3) Skills required are OS, networking, troubleshooting, software installation, lab management.
13 Administrative Officer Master’s Degree  1) 8–10 years of administrative experience in university / college / government / autonomous bodies.
2) Should possess knowledge of Office management, finance, HR, legal compliance, leadership.
14 Finance Officer Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Management 10–15 years of relevant experience in Central/State/Deemed Universities.
OR
Supervisory / managerial experience is usually required, i.e., experience in heading finance sections or departments.
OR
Should possess knowledge of Budgeting, accounting, Internal and statutory audits, compliance, ERP, staff supervision.
15 Deputy Finance Officer Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Management  1) 5–8 years of relevant experience in Universities / Colleges, Government Departments / Autonomous Bodies,PSUs
2) Should possess knowledge of Accounting and bookkeeping, budgeting, audit, fund management, ERP proficiency.
16 Course Coordinator Master’s degree in the relevant discipline  1) 3–5 years of teaching or academic experience in University / College / Autonomous Institution
2) Should possess knowledge of Course coordination, academic administration, LMS, student assessment.
17 Programe Coordinator Master’s degree in the relevant discipline  1) 3–7 years of relevant experience in Teaching / academic coordination in a university, college, or autonomous institution.
2) Managing academic programmes, workshops, seminars, LMS, student assessment.
18 Clerk Graduate degree 1) Min 1 – 3 years of experience required.
2) Typing (30–35 WPM), MS Office, data entry, record keeping.
19 Admin Assistant Graduate degree 1) Min 1 – 3 years of experience required.
2) Typing 30–35 WPM, MS Office & excel knowledge, record keeping, filing, documentation, communication.
20 Accountant B.Com or Finance / Accounting OR MCom 1) 1 – 3 years of accounting or finance experience required.
2) Diploma or certificate in Tally, ERP, or financial software.
3) Should possess knowledge in Accounting, Tally/MS Excel, ERP, budgeting, auditing.
21 Account Executive B.Com/  1) 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related office work.
M.Com/ MBA (Finance / Accounting) 2) Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statements.
3) Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
22 Account Officer M.Com  1) 5-10 years of relevant experience required in University / College.
2) Should possess knowledge in Accounting, budgeting, ERP/Tally, audits, fund management, staff supervision.
23 Warden (Female) Bachelor’s degree  1) 2–5 years of experience in Hostel management or supervision, Student counseling and welfare activities.
2) Knowledge of hostel rules, safety protocols, and discipline management.
3) Ability to coordinate with hostel staff, students, and university administration & ability to handle student’s conflicts.
24 Research Director PhD 1) Should be a senior academician, like Professor OR An equivalent senior research position in a reputed academic / research organization.
2) Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Teaching at postgraduate / doctoral level, and/or Research in a university, national laboratory, or reputed research institution
3) Guiding Ph.D. scholars OR Supervising funded research projects
4) Strong research profile with Publications in peer-reviewed / indexed journals, Books, chapters, patents etc
5) Experience with UGC / DST / DBT / ICSSR / AICTE / CSIR or other funded projects.
6) Ability to Formulate research policy, Promote interdisciplinary research & Manage research grants and compliance.
25 Marketing Coordinator Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PGDM (Marketing) 1) 2–5 years of relevant experience in Education marketing / admissions / branding. (Experience in higher education institutions is highly desirable).
2) Knowledge of University admissions processes.
26 Placement Officer Bachelor’s degree / MBA -HR / Marketing / Operations (Preferred) 1) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement / Career Services in a university, college, or institute.
2) Experience in campus placements, internships, and industry liaison is highly desirable.
3) Strong understanding of Campus recruitment processes, Internship and apprenticeship programs.
27 NSS Officer Postgraduate degree 1) Must be a regular faculty member of the university/college.
2) Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience.
3) Must undergo NSS Orientation Course conducted by UGC / Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
28 Sports Trainer Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science 1) Certification from Sports Authority of India (SAI) / National Sports Federation (desirable).
2) Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Sports Trainer / Coach in a university, college, school, academy, or professional sports setup.
29 Counsellor Master’s degree in Psychology / Applied Psychology / Counselling Psychology 1) Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Student counselling / mental health services, or Educational institutions, hospitals, NGOs, or counselling centres.
